Our 2015 A3 blew a tire on the Mass. Pike and was towed to a secure spot off the Pike. AAA was contacted to tow the car to Hoffman Audi for repair because they are the only ones we would trust with our vehicle. I called Hoffman Audi ahead of the tow being brought to their service department to see when they would be able to work on the car To my surprise, they were able to repair the tire issue plus also A few other needed service issues All in that one day. Great job! Our service advisor Rob worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly. Thank you, Rob!

If I could give Hoffman Audi of East Hartford 10 stars I would. After buying my car a couple months ago now I knew I’d have no problems with my first service but they went above my expectations. After the service was completed I received a video from my technician Frankie letting me know everything looked good & safe with details of my brake & tire thickness? I received a detailed report letting me know what may need to be done next service. That makes me feel like I’m driving a safe car. Rocky was my service advisor, he made everything happen with no issues. When I got into my car it was clean, washed & vacuumed which I was not expecting. If you need to buy a car or a service Hoffman Audi of East Hartford is the best!!!
