I've heard good things about Huffines in the past from relatives from the DFW area, but I live a bit out of town in East TX. I finally had the opportunity to talk to them about a new Crosstrek. The original unit I was interested in was unavailable, but a similar unit arrived the same day. My salesman, David, was great, and I enjoyed working with their Business Manager, Tom when it came time to sign.

Huffines Subaru is as great as I had heard, and well worth the drive.

The deal was exactly as advertised. Brent was professional and super efficient. We basically bought the car online and flew in from Florida to take delivery. Matt Green made my bad situation much better. My previous Subaru (a 13 year old outback) kicked the bucket while I was on a road trip and Matt got me into a brand new one with everything I was looking for. The process was quick and easy, and I was able to turn in my rental the same day. The only downside is that I no longer live in the area so I can’t make use of the service dept there.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Forester. Trey Meador answered all my questions, and helped me understand the differences in various options without pressuring me to buy anything that wasn't important to me. I also drove another make of car at another dealership and the experience was completely different - very high pressure and not really interested in what I wanted. I also recommend the Finance Manager, Ashton, who was very professional but also quite personable.
