We could not be happier with our experience at Hyannis Honda! We came to Cape Cod from Pennsylvania for a very special family vacation. When our van ran into issues, we panicked - but, thankfully, we found Hyannis Honda. They took such good care of us! The team (especially Kyla) was kind and incredibly communicative. They got the work done quickly and thoroughly, making sure we had a safe vehicle for our family to enjoy precious time together. With two young children and a newborn, car issues are the last thing you want on vacation. Hyannis Honda made the experience as smooth as possible and we are grateful to the entire team.

I found out yesterday that my Ford Edge, that's only 6 years old, needs a new engine. I went into Hyannis Honda this morning at 8am and met with Mike R, it's now 12:45pm and I have my brand new CR-V in my driveway. EDIT: two years ago I bought my brand new CR-V, and it was a great car. I decided I wanted to get into a Ridgeline, so back to Hyannis Honda I went. Found a 2023 Ridgeline, that I fell in love with. I worked with Simon, who was amazing! Answered every question, showed me all the features, and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on during the financing stage. I was in my new Ridgeline within 24 hours! Shane (in financing) even got my monthly payment $100 lower than initially quoted! To say I LOVE Hyannis Honda is an understatement! I always feel like I matter when I'm there, and everyone goes above and beyond. Huge THANK YOU, to Simon and Shane-I couldn't be happier!
