This was the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Every single person spoke and or introduced themselves to me, I was offered refreshments multiple times, water, pop even pizza. Bought my first NEW car ever in my life from here.  2024 Santa Fe XRT, blacked out.  Jarvis was my salesman,  and he was outstanding.   Very professional,  knowledgeable, and patient. It’s not often that you leave a car dealership and feel both comfortable with the deal and happy with the vehicle. We did both. We test drove a few vehicles (both new and used) and narrowed our search to 2. We had specific needs that had to work for our large and unique family needs—including 6 people and a wheelchair. Our salesman, Austin M, was amazing, patient, and as relaxed as possible. He earned our businesss by not trying to trick us. He knew his vehicles and his inventory enough to not come off as arrogant or making things up. I’m not an expert at car deals and don’t claim to be, but I am calm, patient, and know what is in my budget to do or not do. We didn’t haggle back and forth nor did we threaten to leave or any of the other tricks. We were honest and up front and they understood that. I’ve made quite a few car purchases in my years.
