Work a deal online with Jarid but once at the dealer the deal changed and extra fees were added. Jarid was very rude and abrasive so we left and I emailed the GM Todd. Todd contacted me back and we straightened everything out and was able to make a deal.
Went back a few days later and picked up the new car and had a much better experience.
