My salesman, James G., was terrific.  No pressure from him to buy a car but he explained all the bells and whistles on the SUV that I looked at. There were a bunch of them too!  We took the car out for a test drive and were impressed.
The general manager Justin was of great help too and very congenial and pleasant.
We left the dealership but came back the next day and purchased the SUV!
Both James and Justin were amazingly wonderful to work with.

They were patient with my many phone calls as I waited for the vehicle to come in.  They provided updates and also scheduled a pick up time for me.  When I had to reschedule it for early Justin and James both helped to make that happen.  They took the inconvenience and acted as though it wasn't and I really appreciated that.  They walked me through everything.  Nothing was pushy or rushed.  I felt very welcome and valued.
