I cannot say enough amazing things about I-10 Automotive Group! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely beyond expectations. I was searching for a reliable car for my child and came across a 2015 Subaru Impreza with low miles. Brandon, the service manager, and Ricardo, the technician, also went the extra mile. They kept me updated throughout service, handled parts orders quickly, and even came and picked up the Subaru for me. Quincy once again personally delivered my car after service—talk about commitment to customer care!

From start to finish, I felt like part of the family. Everyone I worked with treated me with respect, kindness, and genuine care. From the moment I walked in their door...no games were being played and every member of the team was motivated, polite, and professional.

We worked with Quincy and Riley while looking to replace our tired old Volvo (231,000 mi).  We had done our homework and we're interested in a specific car in their inventory.   I'm not into negotiations and told tthem that I'd make a best and final offer. We spent a very pleasant half hour going over the car and i made an offer.   They couldn't accept it but countered with a very good counter.   We had another car to look at in tucson so we said good bye,  fully expecting to return and takee their counter.   The second dealer accepted our offer (budget) and we bought the second car.   I would,  however,  highly recommend both Riley and Quincy for your next car.   They are both knowledgeable and personable.   They listened to us and worked within our constraints.  Great folks!
