Eric helped us in closing the deal and Special shout out to Sam who explained things in detail and patiently waited with us while things were getting done and got our car ready in timely manner and went out of his way to get inspection done at last minute of closing. We would definitely recommend Imperial Toyota.

Imperial Toyota was really great!!  Everyone at the place was super kind, helpful, and understanding, which I really appreciate. There is no pressure at all, and overall, great customer service.  In particular, Jean was amazing to work with!  He really helped make things easy without the usual pressure of a salesperson.  There was a smooth transition between my old car and a new Toyota, including getting the registration and inspection taken care of here!  I will say the one thing is that things take a long time, but there are a lot of people here to help.
Again, a kind, nice, no pressure place is a rare find!  Two thumbs up.

I VERY much recommend Imperial Toyota in Milford for your car’s service! I just got my first oil change today and the staff were super friendly. Since I did a google review when I bought the car, I got my first oil change for free. In the mix of everything, I didn’t get an email or a paper with a free oil change so when Devin (the service representative) checked me in, he made sure to check that for me and everything was free! Devin went out of his way to double check that for me, and they were super quick. I was in and out, less than an hour! Highly recommend going here! ???? (Photos are from when I bought her)
