I think every company can take a lesson in customer service from Matt- Infiniti service professional in Scottsdale! He was amazing! I dropped by at 230 on Monday with a leaking radiator. He immediately said we have to get this looked at today- as I had refused when he said to leave it with him as I didn’t have a rise and couldn’t wait.  He said I can get you in a loaner while we look at it. ( this is something I’ve never been offered in the past!) The weather had been 95+ and I drive a long distance to work - with a leaking radiator! When he heard that he said not to worry- if we have to drive your car back to you at work in the next few days-- we will! So I left in the loaner and by the next day he has it fixed ( I had some additional issues that we reviewed together via phone and he didn’t try to upsell me into saying “ You have to fix these today as well. These issues are something that we can assess and if they become an issue- then we can revisit”. So I got 5 issues resolved and he treated me the way you want to be treated- with respect, kindness and understanding. I told him he was great and I didn’t want to work  with anyone else except him in the future. As a woman - I think we can say “ are they taking advantage of me??” But Matt did not and he explained everything in layman’s terms ! In this society that is about speed but not efficiency and txt over human contact  - I was impressed with him. Way to go Matt and infinity of Scottsdale needs to give you a bonus!!!
