We had a great experience at Integrity Chevrolet! We had been looking for a newer truck for work and pleasure for at least 5 months and finally found the perfect truck at a great price at Integrity. After quite a few messages late Thursday evening/night with Jordan, the salesman, I had determined it was the truck for us. By fate would have it, my wife and I made a 5 hour drive to Chattanooga on Friday and barely made it before closing time. We were very impressed with the overall condition of the truck. It was better than we had anticipated. Even though they were close to closing no one was rushing us and the deal went off without a hitch. If you go there ask for Jordan. Jordan was very responsive in our communications and answered all of my questions (I had quite a few) in a timely manner and is a great guy to deal with. Great overall experience!

Our family had an amazing experience at Integrity Chevrolet’s Service Department today.

Our 17-year old van (owned since new) nearly had a catastrophic accident on the interstate.  I-59 is in terrible shape north of Fort Payne, AL.  After one bad washboard section, the van’s steering and braking went light and it started hunting left and right.

I limped the van about 50 miles to Integrity Chevrolet in Chattanooga - calling ahead by about 20 minutes to let them know that we might have an emergency…hundreds of miles from home…and could they please fit us in at 3:00pm on a Monday afternoon?

Eric in Service said, “Sure.”  We heard a nasty snap-clunk from under the van when we turned into Integrity’s lot.  When Eric took the van around the corner into the shop, the right front wheel assembly parted ways with the lower suspension with a loud crash.  I had driven over 50 miles from northern Alabama with the wheel assembly held on by a thread and the grace of God!

Integrity’s Service and Parts teams attacked our problem with the clock approaching 4:00 pm. They gathered the parts needed to rebuild our right front suspension from around Chattanooga and their techs volunteered to stay and work after closing time to get us back on the road.  New inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, new wheel assembly, and an alignment to make it all straight.  By 7:00pm we were on the road!  What. A. Team!

We can’t thank y’all enough at Integrity Chevrolet for the service above and beyond all expectations.
