I recently bought a car from Integrity Mazda, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jessey, my salesman, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options with patience and expertise. Jessey made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

Colby, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He ensured everything went smoothly and even checked in to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident throughout the entire process.

Gary, the finance manager, made the financing part a breeze. He explained all the details clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Gary's friendly demeanor and efficiency made a typically daunting task feel effortless.

Overall, Integrity Mazda exceeded my expectations. The team of Jessey, Colby, and Gary made my car-buying experience exceptional. I highly recommend Integrity Mazda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Five stars all the way!!

Buying a car at a dealership most of the time is less than optimal. The dealership is under construction, but that didn't stop them from making this deal happen.  I had a super nice salesman Colby .  The sales manager was also willing to work with me on price matching other dealerships to save a trip of driving to Atlanta.  (Chris).  When I talked to the F&I manager (Jonathan) he was not aggressive on the warranty like many other dealerships have been in the past.  (zero pressure and only one quick question and nothing else)

Mazda was not on my radar, and I was looking for a Toyota/Honda, but this dealership was much easier to work with on purchasing which was very important to me.

Other dealerships try to make things so painful, if your in the market for  a car I would not hesitate to check this dealership out.

They also had a good selection of colors and trims.

This is the first time buying a car in Chattanooga due to the efforts of this sales team to make it happen! So Kudos to them!

Update:  I got the new TAG less than 2 weeks!!!  Most of the time buying a new car its 30-40 days.
