Contacted Intersport to troubleshoot a gremlin with my PDK that my usual service specialist could not replicate.  Intersport did a complete service on the PDK as well as a couple things that weren't satisfactorily taken care of by my old independent service.  They provided pictures and kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain the technical workings.  We are keeping an eye out to see if it reoccurs. Definitely worth the hour trip from home.

Made appointment at 11pm and got in and out the next day in an hour and they even let me park my laptop and do some work in Omar’s office desk while I waited.
