I personally want to say This company was so amazing to our family ,,, we were in need of a 3rd row suv ,, when I say they provided they provided!! If they are telling you the truck or car you are wanting is in the shop getting an inspection trust the process !!! We talked about this truck two weeks and when we got to the lot they had it ready ,nice clean suv friendly staff with caring hearts . Where honest with us !! Mr.Albert the salesman and the sales manger were so nice to us even with our 3 kiddos in the dealership !! My experience with J. Allen Ford was completely positive and consistent with what the other reviewers here are stating. I ordered a Hybrid Maverick back in September of last year. Obviously, the demand for this vehicle has far exceeded the production capacity, so I patiently waited - and waited - and waited some more! The order was rolled over to the 2024 model year in July, and I finally received the manufacturing and shipment notifications back in late September / early October. The sales manager Roy, kept tabs on the shipment progress and kept me informed with ETA updates throughout. When the vehicle finally arrived, and it was time to test drive and bring it home, their salesman, Chris, did a superb job with the vehicle familiarization and, ultimately, getting the transaction details in order (they gave me what I considered to be a fair sum for my trade-in, by the way). I was pleasantly surprised that there were no hidden fees or market value upcharges attached to the price of the vehicle (I'm very wary of car dealers due to unscrupulous characters I've encountered in the past!). The actual transaction was quick, painless, and efficient (I don't recall their finance manager's name, but he's an asset to this dealership). Bottom line -- I'm very pleased with how this auto-buying experience materialized.
