Very thorough. Very friendly. Very efficient. Genuinely concerned about your vehicle. Pricy, as dealerships are apt to be, but worth it considering the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is getting the best care.

I am a bit confused about all the poor reviews. I was there  the other day, the staff and service were great. I called the day of to set an appointment. Frank was more then accommodating to my schedule. I was told the service would take a hour so I went prepared to be there at lease a hour or more. To my surprise I was there for a little over a half hour and my car was ready!! While I was waiting they offered me coffee.  Frank was very detailed  and informative about my service options. He was not pushy at all about what I should do he just explained to me all my options and things I should consider so I don't acquired additional costs down the line. The staff here is very professional as well as very knowledgeable. After my car got serviced they offered me a car wash which I refused (it was going to rain the next day)
I called other Audi call service centers in the area prior to going to Jack Daniels and no one was as polite and helpful as the staff here.
I will continue to bring my Audi to Jack Daniels Service without question.
