Roadside charging for a non Tesla EV user in St. Augustine and surrounding is, carefully expressed, kind of challenging. How happy we were to find a fast charger at Jack Hanania. And the staff was so friendly to help us with the charger. Surprisingly, they did not charge anything for the power. Thank you, guys. If we ever buy a car in St. Augustine, this will definitely be our first place we will go to.

Cooper was beyond amazing!! I called to see if a car was available on their lot and Coop was the salesman to answer. From that 1 phone call Coop made sure everything I needed was taken care of (before driving 1.5hrs). Being available by phone and securing the best deal was amazing so it made driving 1.5hrs to get a car worth it!! No question went unanswered and he had very timely responses. Amazing ! I was approved for a 2023 blazer with my trade in. Unfortunately after a few days I realized it wasn’t in my current budget and they went above and beyond ! From trying to find me something else or offering my trade in and down payment back ! For now I went with the refund and my trade in back but I will definitely be back! Rick was our salesman and he was so nice and helpful! The general manager was just as amazing he put up with me every step of the way! Can’t wait to be able to go back when the timing is right to find another car!
