Service consultant was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Promises made and promises kept. Servicing and maintaining this car is expensive but all in all is fun to own and drive.

I was in Poconos on my way home and noticed a nail in my tire. It was holding air but I was unsure if I should risk Turnpike. I took a chance and arrived at Jag dealership at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. I hoped they could plug the nail hole. I expected to be told it was too late. I spoke to Steve Wisniewski and explained my situation. He said let me see if I still have a mechanic.  He took the car and told me in 30 minutes they were going t replace the tire because they were not sure a repair would work. The tire was in stock and I had wheel and rim coverage. The tire was replaced and I was in my way in 75 minutes from my time of arrival
