The G.M., Grant answered my call on a Saturday EVENING! I couldn't believe it. He was fantastic at answering my questions. I had the truck towed there to be looked at and fixed. We HAD to get home due to my wife's medical needs.

Angie and her tech in the service dept are absolute miracle makers! Even being completely inundated with other customer appointments 2 weeks deep, they managed to get to my truck in between services and got it going.

We had an amazing experience with the service shop! We were traveling from Michigan to Colorado to move our daughter. We had planned on stopping for the night a few more hours away. Our AC went out in our Ford Explorer, so we stopped for the night in York. The next morning we took the vehicle to Janssen. They not only worked us in, but fixed the melted AC compressor and had us back on the road sooner than they stated....In an hour and 40 minutes they had us back on the highway. We can't say enough about the service and kindness we were shown!
