Service Review - I was visiting friends and on my return home Sunday night (still in N. Dayton area) the engine light came on, along with Engine Power Reduced message, a bit scary.

I got car to a gas station and had it towed to Jeff Schmitt service bay. The next day I was able to speak with George Craig, service manager, and, he had already found my keys & car and started looking it over at 7:30 am....I told him the story and he said they would try to work on it through the day.
WOW!! Who offers this type of service in 2023 ?

The overall service, communication, replacement part, and even some normal maintenance on my 2013 car....
WERE ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATION I HAD !!
But thanks to George and the mechanics... I was on the road at 4:00 on Monday afternoon. Best Buick service ever and my thanks for your care and kindness !!
