I took my new car in for her first oil change and "check-up".  It was easy. They had gals devoted to nothing but checking folks in. They were all super nice. The guy who explained everything and told you pricing (Wyatt) was very patient, answered my many questions, and when he said, "It usually takes about 90 minutes" he wasn't kidding. It was just about 90 minutes. The waiting area is roomy, clean, and they keep a big fridge of bottled water for everyone. I was comfortable there when I bought my car. I was just as comfortable with the maintenance part.
