Recently had a very positive experience at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I was able to pick up a 2024 Lexus RX 350 during December Sales Event. Spent time at Audi, BMW, and Lexus all in the past two days.  Lexus out shone the other two. My experience was simply better. Nicer building, nicer furniture, very efficient. The people were nice everywhere, but the details made a difference to me.  I didn't buy a car, but I did sell them one!
