Purchased and installed a new alternator from another dealership. They said if it needed programmed I could bring it back in the morning and they would take care of it. Well after a few hours in the waiting room that came and told me it would be a few days before they could get to it. So I call you guys and talked to Allen. He said to bring it over and give him a few hours. Dropped it off and it was done in short order. Great service! Alternator is working and I’m not without my truck. Thanks again and if I need parts or service in the future, I know where I’ll be going.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I needed an oil change and scheduled an appointment because I work in the area. The staff at the Service Center was exceptional. They provided additional services and completed everything in just two hours, including tire rotation, oil change, checking the car's maintenance, and refilling my windshield fluid. Their efficiency and friendliness impressed me greatly. Despite considering switching to a foreign car, I will check out options at this dealership and support them in the future.

Originally I was dissatisfied with an issue regarding a warranty repair on a 10 year old Ram 1500.  This was because I informed the dealership that I would need a loaner while the repairs were made.  Apparently there was some miscommunication as to whether a loaner would be provided.

Thanks to Brian the Gen Manager, Jim Riehl's gets a full 5 stars from our family!!!  I would give more if Google would allow it.

Brian went above and beyond to make this repair easy for me and my family.   The loaner car will be available tomorrow making this repair much less burdensome on our family.

They did an excellent job replacing and painting all four doors, tailgate and hood under corrosion warranty. Quality paint job and great color match. It took awhile for them to get it scheduled and to get parts but not their fault and was worth the wait. I would highly recommend them for collision /body work.
