I don’t know about you but I hate the processing of buying a used car.  It’s not the hunt I despise as I do enjoy searching the internet, looking at cars on lots and on the road and researching dimensions, reviews, etc. I dread the unknowledgeable, too young doesn’t know how to interact with an adult salesperson or the slimy, going to sneak in some paperwork for a warranty you don’t want finance person.  Every 3 to 5 years I trade in my vehicle for a newer, different brand used vehicle.  Not too long ago I was all about buying a brand new vehicle but for the last decade it’s used cars for me.  I’ve been pleased with my purchases and really enjoy trying out new brands. I’ve driven Land Rover, Ford, Chrysler and have enjoyed them all. Time to wake and enjoy the process as none of your used car nightmares are to be found here.

I came in with a particular vehicle in mind. After discussing with used car sales guy, Bryan, I was most interested in another vehicle.  This other vehicle was a step above my expectations.  Bryan took the time to listen to my current situation with employment and what type of vehicle I needed to use to take my 85 mom with.  I have wheelchairs and walkers that need to go with me on every trip so I needed a certain length and width in the vehicle. He listened to the budget I needed to stick to. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we discussed; our conversation was easy and enjoyable.  I actually enjoyed the visit.  I always felt ‘heard’ and never once felt ‘rushed’.

After the selection was made it was time to do the financing…YUCK! Surprise again as Phil, in financing listened as I expressed my situation and needs.  Phil was also polite, friendly, communicated very clearly and thank goodness he was quick and efficient.

This was the absolute best car-buying experience I have ever had and I’m over 60 with a lot of cars bought under my belt.  Come on in to browse or buy, you won’t be disappointed.

Kayla and her Service Manager are tops. The work is done. Oh and they have a pop machine. Anyway the work is top notch, they confer with you on price as not to break the budget. Advise on needs and maintenance intervals and OEM or rebuilt parts. Work well with parts department and cashier. Coffee is great and if you want to upgrade I can't imagine they won't shepherd you through a decent trade. I haven't had the pleasure of getting a formal survey so Kayla I hope this will help. Oh and they have a shuttle for short distances you can schedule to avoid disrupting your life unduly. Highly recommended and they are a hidden gem situated within car alley on Hall Road.

Thanks to Alyse on the new vehicle.  Super easy process overall and FAST.  No high pressure tactics, no surprises, no hoops to jump through... just simple good old fashion phone call agreement and 45 minutes at the dealer.  I couldn't be happier.  You don't have to over-complicate things and she didn't.

I purchased a new car from Matt recently, and in the weeks leading up to the purchase I was stressed and anxious about the whole process, seeing as it was the first time I had ever purchased a car. Matt was amazing during the whole process, he took time to connect with me, doesn't hurt that we had similar interests, but throughout the whole process he was super informative and helpful. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful, being able to answer any and all questions I could throw at them. They worked with me to get the best bang for my buck and didn't try to screw me over with a bad financing deal or anything. Next time I need a car, it will be a Honda, and I'll being asking for Matt once again!

1.5 hours for an oil change and fixing two recalls (expressed could be done within oil change time) is tough. Good lobby. Water and coffee available. Popcorn would be nice! I'll be back.
