My fiancé had her car repaired her before and we were rear ended and knew where to take it. Unfortunately it was not repairable but they were very helpful every step of the way. We even forgot one thing in the car and they went above and beyond and grabbed it before the car was towed away.

We ended up getting top dollar for the damaged car as well from the other person's insurance based on their assessment too.
