First of all, I got a great deal on a used 2020 Hyundai Elantra. It only had approximately 5,500 miles on It. I dealt with both Mike Blair and Tony Wright; they were both accommodating and very kind. There was a little glitch in communicating the fact of needing cash to pay for the car. The finance manager took care of this dilemma by letting me use her demo car (a Chevy Blazer) to go get what I needed to complete my sale. This being one of the few dealerships I've worked with, I couldn't have asked for a better experience; especially with this team. I reached out to Joe Bowman after finding a hatchback on Auto Trader. Their salesman, Dakota, reached out to me shortly after showing my interest and he maintained great communication with me throughout the entire process. Between texting and phone calls all of the work was practically done by the time I got to the dealership.
My friend and I drove 8-10 hours from IN to pick up the hatch. When we got to the dealership another salesman greeted us and knew who I was and what I was there to pick up. Not to mention, even with the weather not being great, Dakota came in 2 hours early for his shift just to catch us.
Julie was also outstanding and super helpful when filling out the paperwork. She was all smiles and patient with me throughout everything.
