Went into this dealership with a pretty specific car in mind and they were so so helpful and able to answer all my questions. From the start it was easy and a such a smooth process. This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time buying a car and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience. Lee Thomas was exceptional! He got us pre approved before even going to the dealership. I told him exactly what we were wanting and he made it happen! He listened to everything and every question we had. I was able to discuss getting preapproved and run numbers before driving to the dealership. The car I was looking at was already being held for someone else, so Hunter Hinton walked me through the lot and let me test drive two different cars. I found the one that I wanted, and he went inside and worked all the numbers with everything included and brought be back an out the door price. This I loved because there were no surprises when I went to finance to finish the paperwork. It was a very smooth process, and I was out the door in an hour and a half. They made sure I was satisfied with the car even though we were there after hours we never felt rushed.
