Hello!  I just bought my new 2024 Colorado Z71 from John Elway Chevrolet last Saturday and I am very happy with it so far.  The sales girl who sold it to me (Kre Curkendall), was very knowledgable about the truck and a really nice person.  She even let us go through the drive through at Chic-Fil-A during the test drive.  I give her an A+ all the way.  This is the second time I have bought a vehicle through John Elway Chevrolet and I woud go back again as I always have a wonderful experience there.

I previously posted a review back in December or January praising and giving recognition to Chris Bradfield and Justin Morris for figuring out an issue I've had for 14 months that other dealerships couldn't figure out nor did they care to listen to my concerns and theories. They figured out through research my brake pedal needed to be replaced as there was a known issue relating the brake pedal assembly and adaptive cruise control issues. I wasn't expecting the part to come in as early as it did which was a great surprise! The replacement was fast and done within the same day and once again, having the drop off/pick up service made being without a car not inconvenient.

It has now been a month since the repair and I have had NO issues! The problem is finally resolved!! Previously, every single drive, the cruise control would disengage and would not work at least once. I have not had it disengage at all since the repair. I am so incredibly happy and thankful for Chris and Justin. I felt listened to, my concerns were validated, the communication was clear and transparent the entire time from start to finish. I also appreciate the follow up from Daryl Yates, customer service manager, asking how my experience was and having the opportunity to discuss any concerns, if I had any.

Will continue coming to this location for any routine services, concerns and purchases and recommend others do the same.
