Knowing we live out of town, he helped us knock out a bunch of the paperwork in the days leading up to the big day. This helped make it a more smooth transaction. I recently went to Toyota hoping to trade my 4Runner for something better, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the experience was 100% better than I could have hope for. The gentleman helping me was Mike Lannaghan, he was fantastic, fun and light hearted. We went today to get more info on a car we seen on there website. Our experience with car lots and car salesman in the valley have been very negative. So our hopes weren't high when we pulled in to Kalispell Toyota, But our opinion quickly changed a few minutes after we were greeted by a gentleman named Chris Aronson. Within minutes of introducing ourselves, Chris made us comfortable and not pressured. He wasn't an "aggressive/pushy" car salesman that we dealt with in the past. He got to know my son & I and figured out our needs and wants. He was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail and made us comfortable that we were making the right decision. Kalispell Toyota stepped up and help us out big time! We had been browsing for a potential new work truck for our painting company because one of our trucks is extremely old with high miles. We looked at a 2013 tundra on Friday and decided it would be a good fit so we decided to start the business credit application. They were great and communicative that business apps can take a few days and that we were probably looking at Tuesday before anything got approved due to Memorial Day. Then sure enough our old Ford bit the dust Monday afternoon in the middle of a huge job in Marion. I called our Salesman Andrew to see if there was any way we could push a deal through so we could be back up and running for Tuesday morning. He and Devin busted their butts to get everything pushed through and stayed late on a holiday to help us close the deal and get our company truck back on the road! There is no other dealership I would buy from, Kaltoy is the best around.
