The staff extended first-class customer service during my experience!  I spent 30 days looking at different dealerships, but Rez and Ned promptly responded to all my car inquiries via Facebook Marketplace. They also answered a few questions I had via text message after hours. I was able to test drive a couple of times - with ease. I even needed help with my insurance and they helped to send documents that same day.  I will continue to purchase future cars through this dealership.  Their prices are fair and they take the initiative to make sure the paperwork is ready to sign.

My son had finally saved enough money to buy a car, so we all loaded up in the car and began the search. The first lot we pulled up to off of 71 hwy here in Grandview and the lot attendant looked at us and walked back inside and never came back out as we walked the lot. We all agreed that this place was not where we were buying the car. The same thing happened to us at the next two lots. The search was beginning to get a little gloom, and even though my son stayed positive, I could tell he was getting a little disappointed. My wife suggested we try one more lot, but I wasn't so optimistic. We pulled into KCMO Automotive and before we were all out the truck, Ryan came out and immediately helped us look around. My son and wife immediately eyed a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder and it fell right into his price range. We took the car for test drive and it drove beautifully. I, being a dad, wanted to hold off and wait to see if there was anything else we could find and not immediately rush into a buy but the price for the car was unbelievable, basically 1,000 dollars cheaper than any other lot had for the same car with more miles and not as clean as the one we were interested in. After the test drive we told Ryan and Rez that we would think about it and get back to them. (My wife and son was not in agreement with decision and were a little mad at me for the delay) We get home and Ryan gives us a call and lets us know that a lady was interested in the car and may be coming to get it later that day, but if anything changed they would let us know. My wife and son were devastated. My wife offered to put a down payment on the car immediately but Ryan wanted to be fair to all parties, and said if she doesn't show up we will let you know immediately. Luckily after Ryan had waited for the lady to show up after hours and she didn't, he called us to let us know she had fallen through and he would take our deposit! JOY!!!! Ryan and Rez stayed fair to all parties and their open line of communication with us was unprecedented. They both us made us feel welcome and went over the top to help us get the car in the fairest possible way. We also bought an after market radio that we had no idea how to install, but Rez said it would be no problem for them to install free of charge even after the purchase of the car. The guys at KCMO Automotive not only have great cars at great prices, but the entire staff (including the mechanic) get 5 stars in customer service. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for without all the pressures to buy like you get from some lots. I highly recommend KCMO Automotive if you're in the market for a good running used car. Give them a call and check out the website for their inventory.
