We visited Kelly VW in Danvers today to start our suv search, mainly due to Brian Mitchell, internet sales specialist. He had sent a few emails to me. He introduced us to Jorge Ochoa, sales consultant. Incredible experience thanks to him. Had planned on looking at other makes after leaving there. Needless to say, after driving the 2024 Taos and Jorge's attention to our needs, we left there in a new Taos. Steve Santos in the business office was as good as I've encountered. Nick Irving runs the service center to perfection. Very organized, car was taken at scheduled time with no delay, clean tidy space to wait. I feel very confident in the service my car receives under his management.

Christian was very nice and kept me updated about the status of my car. It was kept a lot longer than I thought however problems were fixed. At a minimum an exterior wash would have been nice. I was given a loaner which I appreciated and needed and someone came very swiftly when I got locked out of it, which I also appreciated.
