4/1/2024 Unfortunately after only a few months, I had to bring my 2024 Mustang in for service because my check engine light turned on. I was extremely concerned because my car is so new but after speaking with my Service Writer James Morales I felt confident that It would be taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Sure enough, he sent me updates via text and informed me as soon as it was ready for pick up the very next morning. Although I know absolutely nothing about cars I had a clear understanding of what happened and what they did to fix the minor issue. Everybody at Ken Grody Ford Redlands was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait for anybody to come up to me, as soon as I got in to the parking lot somebody came up to my car to help me. The dealership is clean and nice and modern.
The service was excellent and very fast, I barely had to wait for the service to be completed. Overall, it was an incredible experience, I left the dealership with my truck in excellent condition. I couldn’t be happier.
