In the need for a good used car and having had great experience with Kendall Subaru we felt Kendall's value lot would be a good choice. Upon arriving I was greeted by a young man named Eric. As with all our prior experiences with Kendall employees Eric was no different. His high level of customer service fits with our prior experience. Eric Smallwood Jr. gets two thumbs up for not only reaffirming our belief in the brand but also for just making us feel extremely comfortable with the buying process. Kendall always

I had a great experience with Kendall Value Lot. Eric was very helpful and patient in helping me decide between two cars I was torn between. Ultimately I bought a Honda CRV at a fair price and they worked with me on my budget. The Honda runs well and I am very happy with my purchase, thanks Eric!

I had been looking for a car for a couple weeks. One lot tried to sell me a car without any front turn signals (I took it on a test drive like this and he pretended like he didn't know and it wasn't a big deal) Another car lot gave me a price but said the car wasn't available until the next day. After a lot stress, they finally tracked the car down after a few hours the next day, but the original guy wasn't there, and they wouldn't honor the price we had agreed on, even though the other salesman that heard him tell me was there. After they tried to get me to get a pay day loan, not honor the $100 referral fee for my coworker and some tears, I left. When the salesman called the next day, and I answered, he was telling someone in the office "she has all the money", before he realized the call connected. I found Kendall Value lot online, saw a few cars I liked. Set up a test drive, and was treated amazing by Jason. He worked with my budget was very friendly, and got me into an amazing car. I felt amazing walking out of there, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car, without the stress, drama and sleaziness of the other lots around this area . I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. Ron was awesome! The right amount of help, without being pushy. It felt like I was being helped through the process by a friend rather then being sold something by a salesman. He was very upfront about each car we were interested in and at the end of the day we drove off in a great used commuter car. The selection was also good, these are not garbage, auction cars. If they aren't up to spec after the mechanics go through them they don't go on the lot. I definitely recommend this place!
