I recently had mechanical issues come up with my truck and I hadn’t even had it for 30 days. I was happy to find out Kendall stands behind their product and resolved the issues. I will say that they need to work on their communication a bit better in the service department. And being new to this experience, I wasn’t aware that they keep your car for the day (I was never told and they kept mine for 2 days) and I had to ask for a loaner. But they were super friendly and overall am very happy with my experience.

Shout out to Gregor Owen! We came first thing when they opened without an appointment and he was the first one out to greet us and we had keys to test drive within minutes. Financing and signing documents was VERY quick. On top of that, when we returned the next week, he was able to hook us up with a second key fob within 10 minutes! Everyone there was very respectful.
