We came to Kia today in search of a new to me car.. specifically a Subaru Outback. My dream car was waiting at the gate. Pierre was so helpful and was a fantastic salesman!!! Left with a 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition!!!! It’s just want  I wanted… Thanks again to Pierre and Matt !!!

I walked into this dealership today with only hopes and dreams . BUT I WALKED out with a brand new Kia Soul . If you go to Kia in Chattanooga, you half to ask for Tom he is absolutely amazing and one of the coolest people in the world .. If you're lucky, maybe at the end of your deal, you will get to hear an amazing story that may just blow you away .. remember  Tom !!! Even if you half to wait on him . He is worth the wait

I hate to post public reviews with personal details; however, I often rely on them to help with important purchase decisions ("cough-cough" hypocrite lol).

Well Kia of Chattanooga deserves a review, if you're one to give them any credence.

I despise car shopping and car salesperson in general, and cringe at the necessity, but couldn't put blind faith in an online purchase without even sitting or driving the vehicle.

Bit the bullet and impulsively went to Kia of Chatt (other dealers were closer), after  they were highly recommended by a couple of close friends and family members.

I was lucky enough to be offered assistance from Pierre Williams (salesperson), who I soon found to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He explained every detail about the Kia Seltos I eventually purchased (1st time Kia owner), and assisted with personalizing the digital (media, phone, navigation) setup and "infotainment" functions.
The Finance Director/Mgr(?), Clyde Dempsey, was equally knowledgeable, helpful and considerate... and neither were pushy (or cringey lol) in the least.

Together, they made the entire process as seamless as possible.
Overall it was an excellent car buying experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new Kia Seltos.
