Am submitting this review with regard to my experience concerning the purchase of my 2024 BMW 5 series. I have purchased numerous vehicles from your BMW sales staff and have specifically dealt with Patrick. As always, the experience was exemplary. My initial contacts occurred when the vehicle was on order and still being produced in Germany. Patrick kept me advised every step of the way! When the vehicle finally arrived, he moved having a nurse in order to get the vehicle ready so it could be delivered on the same day it was received by the dealership. I couldn't be happier! The vehicle is a real gem! Patrick is also a real gem and should be congratulated for his exemplary performance of his duties. I also dealt with Lawrence regarding financing, and also found warrants to be exemplary in his abilities to arrange the financing and close the deal promptly and completely.
