If you’re looking for a Kia as a new car or even looking at a used car I would highly recommend coming to king Kia in laurel. I was looking for a car and found a really nice looking k5 here and when I called to ask about it I was talking to a person named brandon they got me set up with a test drive right away and I was able to come out and look at the car and test drive it the next day. The car looked great and I loved it. So I decided to buy it and when I asked them not to put a front bracket on the car they said that would be no problem. When I went to sign all the paperwork they had me in and out pretty quick which was really nice because that meant I could drive my new car home sooner. Brandon helped me to get one of the best deals I’ve seen when trying to buy a new car they had amazing customer service and everyone at the store was really nice and helpful and they even helped me set up Kia connect with my car which was nice considering I had no idea how to do it.

Although, I did not purchase the desired vehicle I came in for.  I did appreciated the customer service. I'm very "BIG" on customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door.  Everyone was cordial. The vehicle was clean and ready to be seen and driven.  Larry was my Salesman.  He help me with looking inside and outside of the vehicle before testing driving it. Turning on/off the controls within the SUV to make sure they worked. He was patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured at all. I like the fact a warranty was attached to the used vehicle as well. My experience there was cool. We just couldn't workout a deal that was suitable for both parties.  I would recommend to give Kia Laurel a try for your next new or used vehicle and asked for Larry.
