With utmost professionalism and poise, Yuri introduced himself to my family with a smile and welcoming attitude.  He immediately found a common topic (college baseball) to build rapport without an aggressive or overbearing demeanor.

During the price negotiation, Yuri explained the process, required documents to be signed, warranties, CARFAX reports, etc., and added a bit of humor along the way!!!  What a great guy!
