I have always been a huge fan of LaFontane. Their customer service is Exceeds the standards. I purposely schedule my maintenance when I’m in Michigan because I know that Neil and Amanda will always take care of whatever it is I need. They are quick to respond. they give me the information that I need. They work with me and my work is always completed as schedule.

An appointment is simple most times I call and schedule my appointment. I’m appreciative of the information that sent to me whether it is in verifying my appointment verifying my service required or if there’s any additional service that I need.

When always kept informed via text message of what’s going on with my appointment areas of concern from the maintenance department as well as I get my walk around.

New facility is gorgeous, the waiting room is amazing, but that is all only to be exacerbated by the outstanding customer service that Me and Amanda provide.

All the service personnel are very friendly, professional, and courteous. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly for regular maintenance check. I didn’t have to wait long either. I really appreciate the video of my vehicle being serviced and car wash at the end. I will definitely be back.
