I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this dealership. Lawrence and Shelby did a wonderful job! We were seeking a hybrid vehicle, and were poised to purchase a Honda, but came across the Outlander PHEV and fell in love. I reached out to the Ann Arbor Mitsubishi dealership and to spare details, it was a sad showing, and almost caused me not to buy a Mitsubishi. I noticed on a listing that the car I wanted was actually on the lot at the Lansing dealership. I decided to call and Lawrence answered, and it was nothing but good vibes from that moment. Lawrence helped me immediately, got me quotes in literal minutes, and worked with Shelby to get everything straightened in the same afternoon. When I expressed we’d have to delay getting the car until Saturday because of our work schedules - Lawrence offered to DELIVER the car over an hour away. I’ve never, ever, been treated with such dedication and prompt attention. After the flawless delivery, I forgot a document and needed to reach back out to have it sent. To my shock, Shelby replied at 10pm!!! Cannot state enough what a good experience this was. I am so happy I called this dealership.
