Our service department rep, Kim, is truly a Georgia Peach. We were traveling through the area on our way home to New Hampshire when our starter went. She squeezed us in for an appointment within a couple of hours. After we told her we were anxious to get to our campsite before it was too late, she asked if any technician would be willing to take a late lunch to squeeze us in earlier and a volunteer came forward. We were on our way in less than an hour and a half. I wish you were closer to home.
