I would have given 5 stars if my truck wasn't left with grease and trash from the part installed. Going to a dealership for service work is VERY pricey. I would have in the very least expected my truck to appear as though no one had been in it. My truck is 10 years old but looks immaculate. I was just very disappointed to find this. **On a positive note, my truck is running excellent. Very skilled and knowledgeable service staff.**

I got a better trade in value on my truck than what I thought I would get. Gave a few other dealerships a quick try before deciding to head in here without an appointment. David B met us on the lot, and was very patient in hearing our needs/wants in a used vehicle. He was efficient in guiding to vehicles that met the criteria without ever pressuring toward anything in particular. He was honest in his answers and helpful in readying cars for testing and appraising. With a deal reached easily, F&I (Dwayne? nice guy that transferred in from Scenic) took over and was knowledgeable about offerings; again, without ever heavily pressuring one decision over another. The inventory got us to come in, but the staff will get us to come back. If the service department can keep that streak going, we won't have any reason to buy anywhere else.
