We had the absolute BEST buying experience at this dealership!!! We live in Raleigh and bought our new vehicle with Michael here in Concord NC. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Michael was fabulous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy and satisfied with our purchase. He even delivered the car to our house. We highly recommend Michael as your salesman and lake Norman Infiniti for your next car purchase!!

I highly recommend this dealership. After a full day of shopping in the area, I went back the next business day to purchase my car. Terence was fantastic to work with and each of the other members were just as great! I have no doubt they will take care of each of you and put you in your dream car with the least amount of stress. Lake Norman Infiniti is the top of the list for any future car purchases in my family!

5 stars to Trey! He did an amazing job with helping me with everything. This was my first time at this dealership and he made everything a breeze. I got my car serviced and Trey explained everything in detail and made sure to keep me informed and called me to update me every step of the way.

Bought a used car from them from out of town. Communication was great during the entire process. Michael H. was very accommodating and patient with my need to know EVERYTHING before I flew up there. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The rest of the team was great too. Car was detailed and ready for me. I was in and out in just over an hour and there was no pressure to buy something I didn't want. In fact, the total deal was actually slightly cheaper than their estimate when I got there. When does that ever happen?
