Received a call from Joseph Clark prior to
The appointment to let me know he wouldn't be here on appointment day he even apologized for not being there (wow what a sweet gesture)
Let me know who would be taking care of me.
Appointment day arrived approximately 7:15 for a 7:45 appointment.
Service department opens at 7:30
Everyone going in to work smiled and waved at me walking by .( Again WOW what a wonderful thing to see - don't see that many places anymore)
Promptly at 7:30 the entire service desk team all came out to assist us .
I was met by Bailey with a big smile and a warm welcome.
She took all my info quickly she even offered to have the car washed and vacuumed.
Walked into a Large waiting area very clean and well stocked with pastries, water, coffee and lots of comfortable seating.
The rest of the dealership and bathroom are very clean and bright.
A little after 9:00
Bailey called me over to the service desk and let me know everything was finished just needed my signature.
Wow Wow wow !!!!
I didn't even have time to break open my book and finish off the delicious donut and coffee.
