Best experience buying a car ever!   Temo immediately greeted us.  He was professional, informative, kind and patient.  He went far and above anything to help me.  Nick in the finance dept made the transaction flawless.  He was quick and very informative.  They made me feel very comfortable, not pushy and made sure that I left a happy customer. I had been looking for a specific  configuration of the Land Rover Defender for 2024 with out success. Following my request on the website, the manager from Arrowhead Land Rover  David got back to me.  I worked with  the manager David and the associate Marcos. They both worked hard to find the exact vehicle for my wife. Before we went to the dealer ship we had looked at some reviews and my wife was concerned with some of the negative comments.

We decided to give them a chance and went over and candidly discussed the issue with the manager. The associate Marcos worked hard with my wife to ensure my wife got all her questions answered and helped her understand the new vehicle.

Our purchase experience was among the best I have had with luxury car dealerships, I currently own a Lucid and Tesla and I had BMW's and Mercedes vehicle before. I have to rate it among the best in terms of customer support.

Now my wife is the proud owner of a brand new Defender.

Subsequently I talked to Cameron Norlin to get my questions answered regarding the extended warranty. He spent the time we needed to answer our questions.

Bottomline you can't believe everything you read in  reviews. You must  give every business a chance to show what they can do and draw your own conclusions. We did and we could not be more happy we made the right decision
