My experience at Land Rover Charlotte was great. Matt Smith is the best, he was very understanding and easy to work with. He was honest and kept me informed through my entire buying experience. I got a great deal on my pre-owned certified Discovery. Melissa was awesome showing me all the cool bells and whistles inside my Discovery. I did have a few minor issues with the car after taking it home, Matt was only a text away and helped me right away with those fixes. The service team was also prompt in accommodating me with those issues. Very helpful, doing business here was pleasant.

Only con I have is the vehicle could have used a thorough car detail the inside needed some attention. The cleanliness was not up to my standard. Other than that great experience overall !
