After being told my credit wasn’t good enough and that I didn’t have enough income, (at a buy here, pay here no less) my friend convinced me to go to Lariche and talk to Brittany Jackson. I was skeptical and thought there was no way but I reluctantly went anyway.
Within 10 minutes, I was in tears because Brittany had come back and said “ Great news! We got you a car!”
Brittany started to tear up and hugged me. While sitting there waiting for the Finance department to come over to get me to do my paperwork, Brittany just sat there and talked with me and made me feel like I mattered, after feeling beat down.
She went above and beyond and is by far one of the best customer services experience I have ever had. Not only will I continue to go to Lariche to get my vehicles but I will continue to go through Brittany only.

Went to LaRiche to change batteries for key fobs and found a Jeep they had just got in. Wasn’t planning on purchasing the Jeep . I didn’t think my credit was good enough.
