Great service, amazing explanation of everything from the truck to the paperwork,  a great deal,and great amount of patience for every small question I had but it made me feel very comfortable enough  to execute my purchase. Updating my review.   The GM got back to me and worked to remedy the few issues we had.   This type of follow through is not common place and much appreciated.  I think Larry would be proud if he were still with us.

Pricing was good.  Vehicle meets expectations.  Service and purchase experience was sub par.  Vehicle was never cleaned. We spent 4 hours at the dealership and 5 minutes before we had to leave they ran it through the car wash.  We had to spend 45 minutes at a car wash cleaning the inside of the vehicle before it felt like a new vehicle.  The sales rep had low attention to detail and wasted a lot of our time (had us come in at 9am but nobody was available until 10:30 to start the process).  He was customer friendly but inefficient and unorganized and not knowledgeable about the vehicle.  Brian in finance was the only positive in the sales process…he worked to get the paperwork done quickly knowing we had wasted 3 hours.  I left a message for the GM 24 hours ago and have heard nothing back.
