In all, the process went pretty well. The salesperson Nina was very helpful and arranged the test drive quickly. After I decided to buy, the initial process worked pretty smoothly. The finance office was backed up the day I went in to finalize so what was supposed to be less than an hour because I was paying with cash, turned into over 2 hours - they included 6 months warranty for free because of this. The people were nice, but the wait was still not ideal. Picking up the car was good except the car failed inspection due to a technicality I've not heard of. That means I will have to go back up to the station where they had it inspected to have it done again after I drive the car a few weeks and the computer updates or something like that. All in all, I would shop there again if I was looking for another Mazda.
