In my honest opinion, I really like this dealership. I originally walked in to get the service done on my 2017 Mustang. I had some time to walk around and look at the inventory that had. To my surprise it was a big Selection so I decided to buy a truck because I was already at the dealership. Chris one of the sale representatives really helped me out. He was really friendly and after good conversation we were able to narrow it down to 2 trucks. That day I walked out with a 2022 Ford F150 and I was not disappointed with the customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Update:  Initial review still accurate but appreciate the follow up from Eric, the service manager.  Handled things the right way and would make me consider giving them another try.  Averaged up to 4 stars for him.

I recently purchased a 2016 F150 and found out online I could get Apple Car Play by changing out a part.  Wanted to make sure I got the correct one as Amazon had several similar ones. Called in and talked to a wonderful lady in parts who was able to confirm the part and set it aside (40% more than Amazon).

I went in to pick up the part.  The guy at the parts counter ignored me for a good three to five minutes (there was another couple in the parts area walking around and looking at things and asking him a question every 45 seconds or so but were not at the counter or engaging him actively).  After awkwardly, getting his attention, he went to grab my part though I could tell he wasn't thrilled to be working with me.

Seeing that the electronic parts were non refundable, I asked him it was electronic to which he said it was.  I then asked if he could verify if it was the right one before I grabbed it and his response was "I'm not a technician".  Really haven't dealt with someone that unhelpful for a long long time.  I was going to buy touch up paint as well but will get it from a competitor.

For what its worth, it was the right part and worked.  Giving 2 stars as the first person on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable.
