I can't recommend Lithia Toyota here in Springfield enough, especially if you're lucky enough to work with Luis or Kieth! My car buying experience was surprisingly easy which how it should be, and it was all thanks to the exceptional service that was provided.

From the moment I walked in, Luis was incredibly attentive. He listened patiently to my needs and budget for a Tacoma, and never once tried to pressure me into a car that wasn't the right fit. He took the time to show me a variety of options, explaining the features and benefits of each one in a clear and concise way.

What truly impressed me was Luis's depth of knowledge. He wasn't just a salesperson he was very relatable and a genuine Toyota expert. Which was why I came in looking for a Tacoma and left with the bigger and better Tundra! He answered all my questions thoroughly, and even anticipated some I hadn't thought of yet.

Once I found the Tundra I wanted, Luis made the financing process smooth and stress free. He explained everything clearly and helped me find the best loan option for my situation.

In short, Luis went above and beyond to make my car buying experience positive. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful.  If you're looking for a new Toyota, lithia Toyota Springfield is where you need to go and ask for Luis! You won't be disappointed.

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do, however Samantha and Seth made the experience pleasant.
