From a purchasing perspective, everything Jeffery Bell did was worthy of 5 stars. He was responsive , helpful and patient! I’m someone that does a lot of homework and asks a whole lot of questions! He did not freak out when I left Friday night, and  presented him on Saturday morning, with a spreadsheet that included the manager’s Friday night offer, my researched numbers and my counter offer on the new 2023 Santa Fe Limited I eventually purchased. In the end I was very happy with both Jeffery Bell and the finance guy, Tony B.

Next is seeing if the service department lives up to my expectations or if I experience the type of service that reflects Long Hyundai’s current online less than stellar reputation, which is what my husband personally experienced at Long last year. I’m told they have improved, and even received a letter this morning saying they had award winning service.  But seeing is believing, so we’ll see!
